Who We Are Looking For
AI / ML Engineers
You build agents, fine-tune models, design evaluation frameworks, and care about reliability under real-world conditions. You are comfortable working across LLMs, SLMs, agentic RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
AI Researchers
You study how agents reason, plan, fail, and recover. You bridge frontier research with production systems — agentic reasoning, self-correction, tool-use calibration, and evaluation methodologies.
Data Engineers
You architect data platforms, build real-time pipelines, and know your way around lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses. You care about data quality, governance, and making data useful — not just available.
Full-Stack & Platform Engineers
You build the interfaces, APIs, and infrastructure that bring agent systems to life. You think in systems, ship to production, and value clean, observable, debuggable code.
