humaineeti is an enterprise AI delivery firm with offices in Mumbai and Kolkata, India. We build and deliver AI systems for businesses, and we run this website to share what we do.
2. What We Collect
We try to collect only what we actually need. That generally falls into four buckets:
- What you tell us. When you fill in our Talk to Us form, our careers form, or send us an email, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, company or website, links you include, and the message itself.
- What we exchange during a conversation. If we end up working together or talking further, we keep the emails, notes, and documents that come out of those conversations.
- How the website is used. Our analytics tools record things like which pages were visited, where the visit came from, an approximate location, and the kind of device and browser used. This helps us understand what is useful and what to improve.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Small files our site and our analytics tools place on your browser to help the site work and to count visits. You can turn cookies off in your browser if you prefer; some parts of the site may not behave normally if you do.
3. Why We Collect It
- To respond to you when you reach out.
- To deliver the services we have agreed to deliver.
- To understand what is useful on the website and to make it better over time.
- To meet ordinary record-keeping needs (for example, tax and accounting).
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep information only as long as we have a reason to. As a rule of thumb:
- Form submissions and casual inquiries: typically up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we have an active conversation going.
- Records from active engagements: for as long as the engagement runs, plus the period required for normal business and accounting record-keeping.
- Website analytics data: kept for the default period set by the analytics tools we use (usually a year or two).
5. Who Else Sees It
We do not sell your information. The only people who see it, beyond our own team, are the trusted tools we use to run the business:
- The form-handling service that processes our website forms.
- Common workplace tools we use for email, documents, and meetings.
- The platform that hosts our website.
- The analytics tools that help us understand site usage.
We may also share information if we are genuinely required to by law or by a legitimate official request.
6. Where Your Data Lives
Some of the tools we use store data in cloud services located outside India. We pick service providers who take security and privacy seriously, and we rely on their standard arrangements to keep your information safe wherever it sits.
7. Your Choices
You can:
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete what we hold, where we have no good reason to keep it.
- Ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose.
- Tell us to stop emailing you at any time.

8. Security
We take reasonable, sensible steps to keep information safe — encryption in transit, access controls, and routine review of the tools and services we use. No system anywhere is perfect; if something does go wrong that affects your information, we will let you know and act on it.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and the people who work in them. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, write to hello@humaineeti.ai and we will remove it.
10. Updates to This Page
We may update this page from time to time as the way we work evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when the current version came into force.
