Engagements where humaineeti delivers paid services to a client are governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and any associated Data Processing Agreement (DPA). To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
