Why Agentic Sourcing Foundation

One governed foundation, with every function built on it.

Today

Spend data in five places

SAP holds the transactional core, while contract repositories and supplier portals hold the rest. Every analysis starts with a reconciliation, and no two functions agree on the number.

The usual fix

Another dashboard

A BI layer over unreconciled sources. It renders faster, but it inherits the same fragmentation — and it cannot act.

FAQ · Deployment, data and cost

What buyers ask before they commit.

Have a question that is not answered here?

01Does it work with SAP?

Yes — SAP is the core source. We read spend, supplier, contract and master data from SAP ECC or S/4HANA through the extraction route your team already approves, and nothing is written back: SAP stays the system of record. Where SAP alone cannot answer a question, we join it with contract repositories, supplier portals, GST and e-Way Bill data, KYC records and spreadsheets — so the foundation reconciles to your SAP numbers rather than competing with them.

02Do we have to replace our ERP or procure-to-pay (P2P) system?

No. SAP and your other existing systems remain the systems of record. They feed the foundation, which unifies and governs the data and puts agents on top of it.

03How is this different from a spend analytics dashboard?

A dashboard reports. The foundation first reconciles and governs the data, then runs specialised agents — sourcing, contracts, finance, demand — on that single source of truth, so the numbers agree across functions and the system can act.

04How long before a persona sees value?

Each persona gets an Executive Summary landing view as their default screen from day one. A proof of concept (PoC) on a single category is the fastest way to see that on your own data.

05Where do the savings numbers come from?

Structured spend analysis typically surfaces 5–15% savings. Your actual figure depends on your estate — which is what the no-cost PoC establishes.

06Where does it run?

In your cloud. Your ERP, contract and supplier systems stay the systems of record; the foundation reads from them and does not replace them.

07What can it change without us?

Nothing in your ERP. The agents analyse, forecast and recommend. Any write-back is a separate decision you enable deliberately.

08Is our data used to train models?

No. Your spend, supplier and contract data builds your foundation and nothing else.

09What does it cost after the first category?

The first category is free. Production is priced against spend under management — scoped on the call.
