RFP Score · Procurement & Bid Evaluation Every bid, judged against the RFP it answers.
- Evidence-based scoring
- Auditable bids
- Weighted rubric
Every technical, commercial and compliance response scored against your weighted RFP criteria, with a citation behind each score and a normalised, consensus-ready scorecard your auditor can defend.
- Days, not weeks
- Evaluation cycle on large, multi-package tenders
- Every score cited
- Each criterion linked to a line in the proposal
- One weighted rubric
- Technical, commercial and compliance on one axis
Why RFP Score
A spreadsheet or an expert panel. Neither leaves a trail.
Approach A
Spreadsheet scoring
Each evaluator fills in a grid by hand. Weightings drift, scores are not comparable, and “why did this vendor win?” has no paper trail.
Approach B
Consulting or expert panel
An expert panel scores in a room. It is costly and slow, and gives a point-in-time opinion you cannot re-run when the scope or vendor set changes.
humaineeti

FAQ · Deployment, data and cost
What buyers ask before they commit.
Have a question that is not answered here?
01Does AI decide who wins the tender?
No. RFP Score produces a cited, normalised scorecard; the committee decides. Its job is to make sure the scoring is consistent, evidence-based and defensible.
02How is a score justified to an auditor?
Every criterion is linked to the specific line in the proposal it was scored from, and the full evaluation is logged. “Why did this vendor win?” has an answer with a page reference.
03What happens when scope or the vendor set changes?
You re-run it. Change the weights, criteria or vendors and the whole evaluation regenerates — something a spreadsheet round or an expert panel cannot do without starting over.
04Can it handle multi-package tenders?
Yes. Technical, commercial and compliance axes sit on one weighted rubric — exactly where large multi-package tenders usually lose comparability.
05Where does it run?
In your environment or ours, as your procurement governance requires. Bid documents can stay inside your boundary for the whole evaluation.
06What can it change without us?
Nothing. It produces a cited, normalised scorecard. The committee scores, decides and signs; the engine never awards anything.
07Is our data used to train models?
No. Tenders and bids are commercially sensitive. They are used for your evaluation only.
08What does it cost after the first tender?
Scoring one closed tender is free as a no-cost proof of concept (PoC). Production is priced per tender or per annual programme — scoped on the call.
